Job Title: Shop Assistant (Entry-Level)

Job Overview: The Shop Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting our team of auto technicians by maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring that essential supplies and equipment are readily available. This entry-level position involves a variety of tasks aimed at keeping the shop running smoothly and efficiently, including vehicle care, cleaning, and occasional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist technicians by keeping work areas clean and orderly.
Maintain supplies:
– Refill and empty oil containers, washer fluid jugs, and brake clean cans.
– Ensure new oil containers are filled and ready for use.
Perform basic vehicle care:
– Wash and vacuum customer cars as needed.
Provide light customer service:
– Occasionally run errands for the shop.
– Transport customers to and from the shop as needed.

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to lift supplies and perform light cleaning tasks.
