After years of working at different car dealerships, Jamie Caldwell started Elite Motor Works in 2013 to redefine the relationship between customers and repair shops. He not only wanted to build a business that customers could trust – a business that treated customers more than just numbers, but he wanted to work towards educating his customer base. Jamie believes in educating customers about issues and presenting them with all the possible solutions so they are empowered make the best choice for their cars.
